Overview

The User Activity section within the admin panel serves as a comprehensive record keeper, providing insights into the actions performed by users across the platform.

Recorded Activities

  • Action Tracking: The module records various actions taken by users, including logging in, scheduling appointments, updating profiles, and more.

  • Timestamps: Each action is timestamped with the date and time it occurred, providing a chronological view of user activity.

  • Location Details: User activity logs also include the location based on the user's IP address, offering insights into user engagement across different regions.

  • User Type Identification: Users are categorized based on their role, such as referring provider, consulting provider, patient, or admin.

  • User Identification: The name of the user associated with each action is recorded, facilitating accountability and tracking.

Search and Filter Functionality

  • Keyword Search: Utilize the search bar to enter keywords related to specific actions or user names, enabling quick retrieval of relevant activity logs.

  • Filtering Options: Admins can filter user activity data based on clinics, users, and activity dates, allowing for focused analysis and monitoring.
