In this section, admin configure system settings for seamless communication and compliance management.

Overview

In the settings section, where you can configure essential aspects of the system to suit your needs. From managing referrals to customizing documents, this module empowers you to tailor the platform according to your preferences, ensuring seamless communication, compliance, and user experience.

  1. Referral

    • Enable or disable the Referral Flow toggle to control whether the referral process is required in the system.

    • Enable or disable the Patients Referral Request toggle to allow or restrict patients from requesting referrals.

  2. FAQs Tab

    • Search by the clinic name and FAQs.

    • Add new FAQs by entering the question and its corresponding answer.

    • List of all FAQs where admin can view, edit or delete the FAQs

    • Edit existing FAQs as needed to tailor them to the specific requirements of the system.

  3. Pages

    • Access the Pages section within the Settings module.

  4. Email Configuration

    • Set up and manage email providers for effective communication within the system.

    • Integrate third-party email services as needed to streamline email communication.

  5. Payment

    • Customize payment with the specific clinic needs of the system.

    • For the payment admin has to enter the stripe public key and stripe private key.

  6. Meeting Configuration Tab

    • Access the Meeting Configuration tab.

    • Choose the meeting integration method, such as Vonage or SDK, to facilitate video calls.

    • Secure Vonage account by providing the necessary API key and secret key for authorized access to video meetings.

    • Customize these meetings configurations with the specific clinic needs of the system.
