# Patient List

### Overview

In the patient section, you can access patient records, appointments, and care details. Review demographics, appointments, documents, notes, mood, goals, diary entries, and e-forms for comprehensive patient management.

### Patient List

Access a record of patients scheduled for appointments or under your care.&#x20;

Click on a specific patient to view detailed information. Here, you will find the different tab.

**Demographic Tab:**

* Displays date of birth and last visit.
* Patient's Details include parent's name, contact, and preferred name.
* Medical History lists medications, allergies, vaccinations, height, weight, and blood pressure logs.

**Appointment Tab:**

* View all appointments, including past, upcoming, and follow-ups.
* You can click on individual appointments to access detailed information and download appointment summaries for reference or documentation purposes.

**Document Tab:**

* Access documents related to the patient's medical history, treatment plans, or diagnostic reports and add new ones.
* Download patient history and specific documents.

**Notes Tab:**

* Consulting providers can attach prescriptions or download existing prescriptions related to the patient's treatment

**Invite Link Tab:**

* This tab shows any follow-up links sent by doctors or healthcare providers for scheduling additional appointments or follow-up consultations.

**Mood Tab:**

* View weekly mood and history, apply filters for diagnosis.

**Goal Tab:**

* Monitor patient's goal progress.

**Diary Tab:**

* Access patient's diary entries and notes.

**E-Form Tab:**

* This tab allows consulting providers to track the completion status of E-form assigned to the patient
