# Family

### Overview

In this section, you will find the family section where the primary patient is registered as the main patient. The main patient is flexibility to add their family member on behalf of the family member they can book the appointment and add a referral with the service provider. So, in the admin login you can see the list of the patient under which you can also see the list of the family members.

On the left side list of all the family member&#x20;

* **Search and Filter:** Admin can search for patients by name and filter the listing by clinic name, location for easier navigation.
* **Add Family:** Through this button, the admin can add a patient in the platform. When the admin clicks on Add family button, a new form will open where the admin can fill in the patient's details such as first name, last name, email, phone number, and select the clinic. Then email will be sent to the patient with their credential access.<br>

If you click on particular patient name then it show profile of that patient.

### **1. Viewing Patient Profiles**

* **Access:** Admin can click on a particular patient to access their profile.
* **Analytics:** Details of total number of appointments and total number of revenue from that patient.
* **Comprehensive Details:** The patient profile provides detailed information about the patient's profile, patient lists, services, transactions, appointments, referrals
* **Action:**
  * **Edit:** The admin can edit details such as first name, last name, and date of birth to maintain updated records.
  * **Add Appointment:** On behalf of the patient, the admin can also access to book the appointment for that patient.
  * **Add Referral:** On behalf of the patient, the admin can also access to add the referral for that patient.

### 2. Different Tabs

**Profile**

* Admin can access a detailed record of patient profile such as name , address, in which clinic they registered, etc.

**Patients**

* In this tab admin can find the patient's family member

**Services**

* Here admin can find the in which services the patient's can&#x20;

**Transaction**

* Here, list of all transaction detailed

**Appointment**&#x20;

* Admin can see the list of the total number of appointments booked by a patient and their family member through the platform.

**Referral**

* Admin can see the list of the total referral requests made by a patient within through the platform.
