# Referral

### Overview 

* Enable or disable the Referral Flow toggle to control whether the referral process is required in the system.
* Enable or disable the Patients Referral Request toggle to allow or restrict patients from requesting referrals.

### Functionality&#x20;

* **Toggle "On":**
  * Allows patients to request a referral flow for the system.
* **Toggle "Off":**
  * Restricts patients from requesting a system referral if their individual referral flow toggle is turned off.

**Patient-Affiliated Referral Flow Toggle:**

* **Toggle "On":**
  * Enables the referral flow within this module.
  * Both patients and doctors can leverage the referral system.
* **Toggle "Off":**
  * Disables the referral flow within this module.
  * Neither patients nor doctors can access the referral system.
